Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information NextAmp collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection minimal and never sell it.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Note for review: This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have counsel confirm it reflects your actual data practices and the laws that apply to you (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) before publishing.

1. Who we are

NextAmp ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@nextamp.com or by mail at 75 State Street, Boston, MA 02109.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site:

  • 01Contact details you submit. When you fill out our contact form or request a diagnostic readout, we collect the name, email, company, role, and message you provide.
  • 02Diagnostic responses. If you complete the AI readiness diagnostic, your answers are used to generate your result. They are processed in your browser; we only receive them if you submit your email for a written readout.
  • 03Usage data. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser, and device type, through the provider named below.

3. How we use it

We use the information to reply to your inquiry, send the readout or insights you asked for, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and keep the site secure. We do not use it for automated decision-making that affects you.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure site usage. This may set cookies or similar identifiers. On your first visit we show a cookie banner where you can accept or decline analytics cookies; analytics runs only if you accept. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; declining or disabling them will not break the site.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you — such as our website host, form-handling service, analytics provider, and email tools — each bound to use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact and inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email contact@nextamp.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
